Three Questions for Maximum Productivity

Finding yourself distracted with every other thing? Staying focus seems to be a challenge for you? Let us dive into another productivity tool as we discover the three questions of MAXIMUM Productivity!

Let’s be real. Distractions are around. Everyone wants a piece of you and you need to find your balance. Time is going to pass anyway and you determine how you are going to spend your time. Here are three questions to ask yourself CONSTANTLY if you want to change up your productivity level.

1. What are my highest values activities?

You’ve heard me explaining the 80-20 Pareto Rule in my previous articles. We should be spending our time on the 20% vital few activities that brings us 80% of the fulfilment and contentment! You may need to ask your coworkers, families and friends and be crystal clear on what is expected of you.

2. What can I and only I do, that if done well, will make a real difference?

There are many tasks that needs to do but there are jobs that may overlap with your coworker or even into another department. You have to ask yourself this, what are the tasks that can only you and you alone can do! If you don’t do it, it won’t be done by someone else. But if you do it and do it well, it can really make a difference to your life and your career. What is this one thing for you?

3. What is the most valuable use of my time, right now?

Overcoming procrastination, this question is about time management. Be a highly productive person by asking yourself this. If you are constantly asking yourself this question, temptations and distractions are greatly reduced. It is easier to be on track with your tasks when any distractions comes so do be in check constantly!

Hope these three questions will help you set clear on priorities and overcome procrastination. Most important, let the tasks that you do bring you the most contentment and fulfilment of your life.
